1. Proper Storage of Spare Parts
   - Spare parts provided with the product should be stored properly. The storage environment should be similar to an office setting to avoid loss or damage, ensuring that technicians can maintain the display quickly in the future.

2. Avoid Contact with the Display Module Surface
   - Protect the front modules of the LED display. Do not touch the screen surface to prevent static electricity. Damage caused by scratches or impacts resulting in module damage or LED detachment is not covered under warranty.

3. Do Not Assemble Display Modules Yourself
   - If there are issues with the display modules, do not attempt to assemble them yourself. Contact the manufacturer for assistance or follow their troubleshooting guidance.

4. Correct Method for Dust Removal from Display Unit Modules
   - If dust is found on the display unit module surface, use a cold air gun to remove dust when the power is off. Do not use brushes or towels. If there is dirt that cannot be removed, the module needs to be replaced.

5. Avoid Long-Term Use with High Brightness Screens
   - Do not display high-brightness screens like full white, red, green, or blue for extended periods to prevent excessive current and power, which can reduce the lifespan of the LED lights.

6. Ensure the Environment Meets Display Unit Requirements
   - The internal design of the display unit is exact. Avoid long-term operation in humid environments to prevent oxidation and corrosion of the circuit board, which can damage the screen. The ideal working environment temperature is 22°C ± 10°C, with a relative humidity of 25% to 60% without condensation.

7. Air Conditioning Requirements for the Site Environment
   - Maintain good ventilation and cooling in the maintenance passage. The air conditioner (central or cabinet type) in the maintenance passage should not blow directly onto the display wall and should be kept about 3 meters from the large display wall.

8. Keep the Maintenance Passage Clean
   - A. Do not cover the display unit surface with any material.
   - B. Do not block the airflow at the bottom or around the display unit.
   - C. Ensure flammable and explosive materials are kept away from the display wall.

9. Regular Usage
   - If the LED screen is not used for long periods, it is recommended to turn it on at least 8 times a month, for more than 4 hours each time. During humid and rainy seasons, the LED screen should be turned on daily.
